1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CareerForge AI, operated by Cyberdeux AI, including our web, iOS, and Android applications. By creating an account, accessing, or using CareerForge AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2.Service Description

CareerForge AI provides AI-powered career tools, which may include:

• Resume building
• ATS optimization
• Cover letter generation
• LinkedIn optimization
• Interview preparation
• Career coaching
• Career roadmap generation

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time as the service evolves.

3.User Accounts

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Notify us promptly at careerforge_ai@cyberdeux.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.Acceptable Use

When using CareerForge AI, you may not:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Share, resell, or transfer your subscription or account access to others

5.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
• You should independently review and verify all outputs before relying on or submitting them.
• CareerForge AI does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome.

6.Intellectual Property

• CareerForge AI and Cyberdeux AI own the platform, software, design, and underlying technology, including all related intellectual property rights.
• You own the content you upload to the service.
• You retain ownership of the career documents you generate using the service.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service. You may not use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

7.Subscriptions and Billing

CareerForge AI offers a free tier and the following paid options:

Pro Subscription

A recurring subscription that unlocks advanced resume tools, unlimited AI generations, clean exports on all templates, and more.

Career Agent Subscription

A recurring subscription that includes everything in Pro plus advanced AI career features such as the AI Career Agent, interview coaching, roadmaps, and additional tools.

Career Pack (One-Time Purchase)

A one-time purchase that grants access to a defined set of career assets.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective billing policies, and are managed through your Apple or Google account.
• Prices may change. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law and the app stores.

8.Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to:

• Apple App Store policies (for purchases made through Apple)
• Google Play policies (for purchases made through Google)
• Applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies

For purchases made through an app store, refund requests are generally handled directly by that store. For other questions, contact careerforge_ai@cyberdeux.com.

9.Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts, with or without notice, for:

• Abuse of the platform
• Fraud or fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms

10.Limitation of Liability

CareerForge AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerForge AI and Cyberdeux AI are not responsible for:

• Hiring decisions made by employers
• Employment outcomes
• Lost opportunities, revenue, or data
• Any reliance on AI-generated content

11.Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some provisions of these Terms, by their nature, survive termination.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under your local law.

13.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of CareerForge AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
